We are
thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Night Chef to join our
esteemed team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial
role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence during the night
shift. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys the unique challenges of working outside normal
operating hours.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare
and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes and
standards.
* Maintain
a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
* Ensure
all food items are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and
prevent contamination.
* Collaborate
with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during the
night shift.
* Adhere to
all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
What you Need:
* Proven
experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
* Exceptional
attention to detail and a passion for food.
* Strong
organisational and communication skills.
* Ability
to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility
to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
