About The Role
Assistant Site Manager will support the Site Manager in delivering high quality residential developments across the UK. You will manage site teams, coordinate trades, ensure quality, cost and programme targets, provide excellent customer service and work in a hybrid workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
* Work with the Sales Team; attend Sales/Build meetings, adhere to procedures, and inspect show homes.
* Assume duties delegated by the Site Manager, including deputising when required.
* Ensure the on-site construction team is fully resourced, trained and supported to meet performance goals.
* Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company guidelines.
Requirements
* Experience working within build programmes.
* Assertive leadership to deliver targets with on‑site teams and trades.
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
* Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or equivalent NVQ Level in Construction Management, or veteran tradesman with extensive construction trade experience.
* In‑depth knowledge of construction trade and relevant legislation (Health & Safety, NHBC, Building Regulations).
* Strong customer‑service orientation.
