Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement B2C sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Forecast sales and set realistic targets for the team.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor internal sales representatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
Customer Engagement
Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains strong relationships.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
Process & Compliance
Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2C sales management, preferably in an internal sales environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on B2C.
