ARC are seeking an experienced Handyperson / Multi Trader for a residential construction site in Cambridge.
Job role:
* Carrying out snagging and finishing works in new build properties
* Small carpentry and painting tasks (not a fully qualified trade role, but must be competent with tools and finishes)
* Experience in mastic/sealant work is essential
* General handyperson duties to support the site team
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working on residential construction sites
2. Own tools relevant to carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks
