Location: Knaresborough, Yorkshire (Office-based, with some out-of-hours support)

The Role

This is a key customer-facing role where you’ll provide first-line technical support and remotely monitor our systems across global markets. You’ll be the go-to person for customers starting up equipment or experiencing issues - helping diagnose problems, interpret data, and keep everything running smoothly.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and supporting customers in real time, this role offers a great mix of technical insight and customer interaction.


What You’ll Do

* Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support queries
* Support customers with system setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Monitor equipment performance using cloud-based platforms
* Analyse data, alerts, and trends to identify faults or performance issues
* Escalate issues to internal teams with clear diagnostics and insights
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
* Work closely with technical, production, and commercial teams
* Help improve systems, processes, and customer support tools


What We’re Looking For

* Strong customer focus with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Technically minded, with confidence interpreting data and system behaviour
* Comfortable using digital tools, monitoring platforms, and communication systems
* Clear and confident communicator (phone, email, messaging)
* Well organised and able to manage multiple issues at once
* Willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours support
* Additional languages are an advantage
