Project: Cisco Call Manager Implementation SupportContract: 6 monthsWorking Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)Location: Primarily On-SiteRate: Negotiable
Role Overview:As a key member of the networks team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cisco Call Manager project and assisting with business-as-usual (BAU) requirements, ensuring everything runs smoothly.What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to implement Cisco Call Manager solutions.
* Provide support for Cisco Unity Connect and help configure Cisco VOIP phones.
* Assist in the administration of the Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and ensure seamless communication.
* Engage with staff to explain the use of phones and provide necessary training.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in administering Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
* Proficiency in Cisco Unity Connect (CUC).
* Hands-on experience with configuring and deploying Cisco VOIP phones.
* A basic understanding of Cisco LAN switch configurations (desirable)
* CCNA certification (desirable)
* CCNP certification (desirable)
