As an AI Business Development Director, you’ll work closely with client partners and AI specialists to identify, shape, and close AI opportunities. You will contribute to account strategy, client engagement, and market positioning while continuously learning and evolving your understanding of AI trends and solutions.
Drive lead generation, opportunity development, and deal closure across new and existing client accounts.
• Work with internal delivery and partner teams to progress opportunities to contract stage.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using Salesforce.
• Attend relevant industry events, leveraging networking and speaking opportunities.
• Be an active contributor to the internal AI community, sharing insights and best practices.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development, including at least 1 year selling AI solutions or platforms.
• Proven background in selling bespoke software or infrastructure services (product sales alone not sufficient).
• Strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bonus: Up to 20%
