The Role This is an entry-level Negotiator position suited to someone with a solid sales background who wants to build a career in estate agency. You'll be trained to handle viewings, applicant management, deal progression, and negotiation, working closely with senior colleagues in a fast-paced branch environment. The focus is on learning the role properly, hitting targets, and developing into a consistent biller.
