Senior Account Manager - Manchester
Established over 10 years ago, our client is a market-leading legal services & technology provider, growing rapidly across the UK. They are a multi-award-winning organisation, working with a range of law firms & solicitors to streamline and boost efficiency across a range of processes.
Following a period of high-growth, they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is a key role for building & maintaining client relationships as well as driving revenue through upselling & cross-selling.
This organisation has a first-class product offering and hold product development to a high standard within the business; they have recently acquired another organisation help elevate their services & offering even further.
This is a hybrid role for candidates based in the Northeast of England.
Responsibilities
1. Build & maintain long-term relationships with a range of new and existing clients (through email, telephone, online meetings and in-person meetings)
2. Act as main point of contact for full product portfolio
3. Manage client onboarding & training as well as long-term product support
