Commercial Services Group (CSG) are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into measurable revenue. By developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, the role strengthens brand positioning, generates high-quality leads, and wins new accounts. What you’ll be doing
Drive measurable revenue growth by developing and executing targeted marketing and account-based campaigns that generate at least £70K+ in attributable annual revenue.
Develop and implement client acquisition strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and bespoke materials, to win high-value accounts in the renewable energy sector.
Create thought leadership and industry-focused content (e.g., insights, surveys, case studies, reports) to position the business as an expert partner.
Support business development by conducting client research, building intelligence profiles, and producing compelling pitch and proposal materials.
Manage the company website to optimise user experience, increase lead generation, and implement conversion strategies that turn enquiries into revenue.
Execute SEO and email marketing strategies to increase visibility, engage target audiences, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Enhance consultants’ personal branding and visibility through LinkedIn optimisation, content creation, and securing speaking and thought-leadership opportunities.
Track and report on marketing performance, lead conversion, and revenue attribution, using analytics to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies.
What we’re looking for
A minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally in a start-up or early-stage recruitment agency environment.
Knowledge or interest in the renewable energy sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent both clients and candidates professionally.
Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress and Webflow, or similar with ability to make design and functionality changes.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
