Shift Pattern: Friday Monday, 20:00 08:00 Key Responsibilities Take ownership of night-time transport operations, ensuring deliveries and collections are completed on schedule. Monitor live operations and respond to delays or changes Act as a central point of contact, confidently handling calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Produce clear, accurate reports that provide insight into operational performance. Use the Transport Management System (TMS), including Stratum, to plan, update, and manage transport activities. Communicate precise and timely instructions to drivers, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Monitor trailer temperatures using tracking technology, maintaining compliance and product integrity. Promote a positive, professional image of the company in every interaction. Ensure compliance with driver hours, working time regulations, and company policies Qualifications & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS), ideally Stratum or similar platforms.
