Within this role you will be working on a caseload varying in size, complexity and value and you will handle all aspects of: setting up a company, business agreements, commercial contracts, financing a business, joint ventures, M&A and much more.
We are seeking someone ideally with at least 4 years PQE upwards, however candidates outside of this range with relevant experience will also be considered.
