Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable Controller
T2M Resourcing are working with a successful and growing business who are part of a larger group and have an opportunity for a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable Controller to join their team.
* Location: Kidderminster
* Office based role
* Salary circa £30,000
As Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable Controller you will play a key part in the finance team and key responsibilities will include:
* Ownership of customer invoices and sales ledger processes.
* Timely and accurate billing
* Resolve customer queries by ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Produce regular KPI reports
* Work closely with other departments to ensure customer charges and costs are accurately communicated and recorded.
To be successful as Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable Controller you will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable role, together with a solid understanding of customer invoicing
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
* Problem solver -identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Good organisational skills, able to adapt to an ever-changing workload.
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
