Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Branch in Chapelhouse, NE5 1DT. We are looking to recruit an experienced negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
Our branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
* Register customers and carry out property matches for sales and lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
Compensation & Benefits
* On‑target earnings (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum.
* First 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5‑day working week, including Saturdays on rota.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Industry experience is essential.
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The role is predominantly office based.
