Duties
* Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using dental practice management software SOE
* Schedule appointments accurately, manage cancellations, and coordinate follow-up visits to optimise clinic flow
* Review and update patient records ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information
* Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, provide excellent customer service, and direct calls appropriately
* Manage medical documentation review,
* Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, and supporting overall clinic operations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a medical office environment with strong skills
* Knowledge of dental terminology
* Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
* Prior clinic or dental practice experience is highly desirable; hospital experience is a bonus
* Understanding of CQCregulations and health information management practices
