You will collaborate with the Head of Organic Performance on team management processes and the digital PR proposition. Responsibilities include managing campaign strategies and delivery, performing quality outreach through various channels, and working with teams to keep projects on schedule. Additionally, you will develop outreach strategies to target different press demographics.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years in Digital PR or three years in a role focused on Digital PR with a background in general PR. Experience in an agency setting is essential, as well as line management and team development skills, including recruitment. You should have a history of managing multiple workflows and projects while engaging with both external and internal stakeholders. Experience in team and service growth, revenue scaling, and building the necessary team capacity and skills is also required.
