KOOSA Kids is the leading provider of fun & affordable before school, after school and holiday club childcare in the South East. We offer high‑quality, affordable holiday club childcare for parents, ensuring children have as much FUN as possible during the school holidays.
This role is part of the Fast Track Manager Programme, giving you the opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain essential experience managing groups of children.
We are looking for new team members with ongoing availability during school holidays, starting with Christmas (22nd, 23rd, 29th & 30th December) plus ongoing periods such as the February Half Term, Easter Holidays, May Half Term and Summer Holidays 2026.
The role
You will shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff and follow a uniquely designed Fast Track Manager Programme, learning all the essential skills needed to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club. Training covers KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, customer service and more.
Previous experience leading a team within a holiday club, after school club, another childcare setting or equivalent will be an asset. You will enthusiastically deliver programmed activities to children aged 4‑13, encouraging all children to participate and have as much FUN as possible.
Responsibilities
 * Assist with and learn how to manage day‑to‑day operations of a holiday club
 * Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards
 * Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
 * Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
 * Receive full training provided by KOOSA Kids
