About Team:
We are a team of Project, Change and Programme Managers who work across our organisation to provide strategic, innovative and transformational change for our business. We collaborate globally and work cross-functionally to deliver a variety of successful technology projects that create value and provide inspired solutions for our customers and business.
As a change function, our mission is to lead and embed impactful change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption of new ways of working. We partner with technology, business units, and leadership to deliver tailored change strategies that minimise disruption and maximise value. By fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement, we support our organization’s transformation journey and ensure that change is embraced, not just implemented.
About Role:
In the newly formed Head of Change Management role, you will establish and lead a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on transformation and organisational change. You will develop and execute change strategies impacting a broad portfolio of initiatives—spanning business processes, technology systems, and organizational structures. You will serve as a change advocate and trusted advisor to senior leadership and project teams, championing change readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of initiatives. You will manage and work with our existing change management team to establish best practices and embed change management as a core component of our transformation efforts.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives, preferably within technology-driven environments
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others through a Change Management CoE, establishing best practices and scalable solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across all levels of the organisation. Ability to influence upwards to the executive level.
* Experience coaching and developing change management practitioners and project teams.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic vision with operational delivery.
* A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that fosters engagement and innovation.
* Effectively manage people and lead teams with an inclusive culture
Responsibilities:
* Leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with transformation goals.
* Establishing and maturing a Change Management Centre of Excellence, setting standards, tools and methodologies to support change initiatives.
* Collaborating with project teams, business leaders, and technology partners to design and implement change plans that address impacts across business, process, technology, and people.
* Driving stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to foster understanding, buy-in, and ownership of change initiatives.
* Supporting the measurement and reporting of change adoption, impact, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve change strategies.
* Building change management capabilities across the organisation through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
* Serving as a change management thought leader, advocating for a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement.
* Managing and developing the team of Change Managers
* Supporting leadership in change-related decision-making, risk mitigation, and resistance management.
