What You’ll Bring Experience supporting children in a primary school or similar educational setting. A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to learning and wellbeing. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff. Flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and classroom settings. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to supporting all learners. A relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential). Your Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional or special educational needs. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire every child to succeed. Help prepare classroom resources and contribute to a positive, stimulating learning environment.
