Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Manchester for a Lettings Administrator/Negotiator. The role involves managing lettings operations, providing administrative support, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include handling property inquiries, organising viewings, processing tenant applications, managing tenancy agreements, and liaising with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, landlords, and colleagues
* Preferably experience in Lettings, understanding the leasing process and landlord/tenant regulations
* Exceptional Administrative Assistance skills, including attention to detail, organisational proficiency, and multitasking ability
* Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
* Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of the local property market in Manchester is an added advantage
* A valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle
