Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer
Location: North Essex & Colchester (Mobile Role)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience and productivity)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team, covering North Essex and Colchester. This is a mobile role involving servicing, repairs, and installations within domestic properties.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service standards in occupied homes.
Working Hours & Benefits
* Working hours typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm (dependent on workload and time of year)
* Overtime opportunities available
* Monday to Friday only - no weekend work
* Call‑out rota of 1 in 4
Key Responsibilities
* Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
* Boiler installations and system upgrades
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Completing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
* Ensuring compliance with current Gas Safety regulations
* Providing excellent customer service
* Completing all relevant documentation electronically
Requirements (Essential Qualifications & Experience)
* Valid Gas Safe Registration
* ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications
* Proven experience in domestic servicing and repairs
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a mobile role
