SERVICE CHARGE: We pay our team a monthly service charge, which is shared among all staff, averaging around £260/month (£3,120/year), in addition to base pay.

* Preparing dishes with fresh ingredients for our guests.

* Labeling food to prevent out-of-date items.
* Sharing knowledge with new team members.
* Managing the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs.
