DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Operative Clerical to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Alongside general warehouse duties, be the first point of contact to deal with day to day queries from Customers/ Operations Team and Suppliers
* On a daily and weekly basis, plan and resource the correct skill base to meet operational requirements based on throughput volumes, including ramp-up period and current productivity rates in line with delivering the operational budget
* Assist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and Weekly basis
* Preparing RTW paperwork and updating absence records
* Prepare HR packs for Management for Investigations, Disciplinary and Absence Hearings
* Monitoring the automation and reporting and recording any faults
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
* Previous admin experience working within a logistics/warehouse environment
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills - using Microsoft Package - Excel, Outlook and Teams and ideally Warehouse Management Systems
* Ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy environment
* Excellent attention to detail, working accurately at all times
