KITCHEN PORTER/KICHEN ASSISTANT – PART TIME

Bordering the golden sands of Coppett Hall beach, Lan y Mor is a haven between land sea, floating against its tree line where guests can dip into starters, share a selection of small plates or dive straight into the mains. All our food comes from land, sea or pasture sourced sustainably and prepared with care.
The team is now looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Porter to join the team.
What we offer:
· Excellent Hourly rate of upto £14 per hour including a share of Gratuities
· Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 7k per annum per full time employee.
· Individual Training and development plan for all staff.
· Eligible to be part of the discretionary annual profit share scheme.

· Generous 30% staff discount off food and beverage at Coast Restaurant and its sister businesses Grove of Narberth and Beach House Oxwich.
· £75 staff rate and £190 Friends and Family room rate at the Grove of Narberth.
· Excellent working environment on Coppet Hall Beach within the world-famous Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park.
