About the Role
You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including:
* Autism
* ADHD
* Speech and language difficulties
* Social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH)
This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same — you’ll support in-class learning, run small group interventions, and work one-to-one under the guidance of experienced teachers and the SENCO.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised support to help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential
* Assist with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
* Adapt learning materials and resources to suit individual needs
* Foster independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging
* Monitor and record progress, sharing feedback with staff and families
* Provide personal care support if required

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education or other settings)
* A calm, caring and resilient approach to challenges
* Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
* A team player with initiative, patience and a positive outlook
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential
