Commercial Deal Architect

A leading technology and engineering organisation is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Deal Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping, structuring and closing major commercial deals across high-value, strategically important programmes.
This is a senior commercial leadership position operating at the forefront of complex customer engagements in the tech and defence sectors.
As the Commercial Deal Architect, you will operate at senior and executive levels, leading commercial strategy, major negotiation activity and the overall commercial framework for large, business-critical campaigns. You will work closely with multi-discipline capture teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and drive commercially robust, innovative deal structures that unlock long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the commercial strategy and deal architecture for major campaigns and high-value opportunities.
2. Shape, structure and negotiate complex agreements, including customer contracts, teaming agreements, MoUs and collaboration arrangements.
