We're looking for a driven Junior Project Manager to support marine outfitting projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with senior project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
• Track budgets and support cost control
• Coordinate with shipyards, vendors, and internal teams
• Support estimation and bidding efforts
Sills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of construction, marine, or project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings preferred
