Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team on Prysor Ward. The individual will work alongside other members of staff on a day and night shift pattern, providing nursing care for a variety of patients on a busy stroke unit. Ongoing training opportunities are available for the successful applicant. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main Duties
* Assist in delivering a high standard of patient care by being caring and compassionate.
* Help patients with personal and hygiene needs.
* Encourage nutritional intake.
* Monitor observations and accurately document information.
