Assistant Manager Job - Macclefield
Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the leadership of our client's well-regarded nursing/residential care home in Macclefield.

Assistant Manager Vacancy Details:
£14.84 per hour
36 hours per week ( 12 hour shifts )

Assistant Manager Main Duties:
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service
Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred support
Provide hands-on clinical support, mentoring, and supervision
Help maintain full regulatory compliance (CQC and Health & Social Care standards)
Be a role model for best practice in care delivery and safeguarding
