Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in various technical areas including electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and customer service. Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
* Supervise contractors on site.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
* To ensure the general upkeep of the building including painting and and decorating.
Requirements
* Proven experience in maintenance roles with some mechanical knowledge
* Previous supervising experience is an advantage, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
* Strong customer service skills, ensuring effective communication with team members and clients alike.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
