Due to continued expansion and progression within their market, this exciting forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and post reporting.
* Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity.
* Control and management of spare parts, repairable items and other stock
* Ensure maintenance standards are continually kept to.
* Maintain any maintenance records and documentation
* Uphold a strong level of health & safety throughout the team.

Skills and Experience required:
* Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* 18TH Edition
* Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities at once.
* Experience within a leadership role or relevant experience being able to show you can take the next step.
* Strong health & safety experience & knowledge
