Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Sales Administrators to join our client on a temporary basis. Working within a manufacturing environment, you will become a key member of the sales admin team, supporting the department with the processes of orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
* Preparing quotations, sales orders, and documentation
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
* Monitoring order progress and providing customer updates
* General office administration duties as required
