About the role
Fiennes House is a 12‑bed purpose‑built residential home for adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities or autism, some of whom may have challenging behaviour. Residents have access to a large sensory room with lights, sounds, music and touch equipment, a heated waterbed, and materials to help them enjoy different sensory experiences. Many residents are active, spending a lot of time out in the local community, engaging in art classes, trampolining, music, gardening and other activities.
Applicants who are compassionate, resilient and ready to learn will find a role that is hands‑on, heart‑led, and offers an opportunity to empower residents to live life boldly and independently.
Equal Opportunities
SeeAbility is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from individuals of all identities, including those from underrepresented groups and those with a disability or neurodivergent condition. We are a Disability Confident Employer and are committed to providing a fair and equitable recruitment process and reasonable adjustments where needed.
In exceptional circumstances, the exempt from the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1) applies where a genuine occupational requirement exists.
