Project Director – Industrial & Office Developments Location: London & South East England We are recruiting for a dynamic and well-capitalised private property investment and development business who are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of multiple projects across London and the South East, from acquisition through to completion. Working closely with the owner, you will play a key role in shaping the future pipeline of developments while ensuring current projects are delivered to the highest standards. The Role: You will take full responsibility for managing the planning, design, procurement, and construction phases of industrial, logistics, and office developments. You will coordinate professional teams, oversee budgets and programmes, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. A proactive and hands-on approach will be essential — this is a business that values initiative, collaboration, and commercial awareness. Beyond project delivery, you will also contribute to identifying and acquiring new development opportunities. This includes supporting the appraisal of potential sites, liaising with agents and consultants, and assisting with feasibility studies, design concepts, and planning strategies. Your ability to combine technical expertise with strategic insight will be key to helping the business grow and expand its portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Manage all stages of development projects from inception to completion. Oversee design, procurement, and contractor management processes. Prepare and monitor project budgets, cashflows, and programmes. Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Contribute to new site acquisitions, including due diligence and feasibility analysis. Support the directors in business development and pipeline growth initiatives.
