IAM Specialist (SC eligible)
Inside IR35 £500 per day
Oxford (Hybrid) - occasional travel

Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and support IGA platforms and solutions
* Integrate IGA systems with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
* Design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
* Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
* Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and JML automation
* Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* SC Cleared or SC Eligible (Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible)
* Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
* Vendor certifications in IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
* SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
* Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and access risk analytics
* Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
* Experience with API integration and web services
* Familiarity with ITSM workflows and change control processes
* Experience working within public sector or critical national infrastructure environments
£500.00 - £550.00 / day
