Responsibilities:
* Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
* Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
* Driving sales to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
* Utilising in-store devices to offer customers the full product range.
* Providing alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
* Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
* Ensuring products are correctly priced.
* Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
* Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
* Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.

* Actively driving sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
* Ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of stock to maintain product availability.
