The Role

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and articulate, with a strong command of computer systems. Previous experience in sales is essential, and familiarity with the property industry is advantageous. As one of Launceston's most established Estate Agents, we offer a clear path for career progression. A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required. We are committed to your professional development, providing comprehensive in-house training tailored to your role.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently project a professional, friendly, and polished image, ensuring the highest standard of customer care to secure recommendations and repeat business.
Collaborate effectively with team members, keeping them informed of all negotiation progress.
Demonstrate proficiency in all office IT and communication systems.
Accurately measure, photograph, and produce detailed sales particulars for properties.
Deliver professional service to clients, striving to achieve the best possible price for their property in the current market.
Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to identify their property requirements.
Proactively engage with applicants, swiftly matching them with suitable properties.
Negotiate with potential buyers, safeguarding our vendors' interests, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Regularly update clients on the progress of their property sale and marketing efforts, in collaboration with the team.
Efficiently manage the sale process from agreement of terms to exchange of contracts, ensuring a smooth completion and handover of the property.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8.45am to 12pm
