Our PAUL Shop Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the shop efficiently and effectively, delivering high standards of service through a well-trained and passionate team. They are proactive in maintaining and improving turnover and profitability, following PAUL UK standards and guidelines.

* Deliver business strategies with support from key departments
* Seek and maximize revenue opportunities while minimizing costs
* Consistently exceed customer expectations through team and product quality
* Develop a motivated, high-performing team committed to clear goals
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of customers and staff
* Represent PAUL UK at the highest level
