Salary: £90 - £105 a day
Are you an inspiring and passionate learning support assistant? Are you reliable and can understand children s needs well? Do you have experience working 1:1 with children with ASD?
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a Primary school in the Derbyshire area on a full time basis. TeacherActive are working with multiple primary schools in that area who are needing staff to start September. The working hours would be 8.30 3.30, 5 days a week.
The successful applicants will need to have experience in KS1 / key stage 1 or KS2 / key stage 2. You will need to be reliable, dedicated and have a love for your role. You will be supporting the teacher in the classroom, helping with the children s learning and activities. You will have great communication and have a caring, yet firm approach to the pupils.
The successful learning support assistant will have:
* Relevant qualifications is desirable
* Experience working in KS1 or KS2
* Reliable and can adapt easily to different needs of children
