Are you an experienced Senior Driving Consultant that is ready to take the next step in your career? Interaction Recruitment’s Watford branch is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant within the Driving sector with a strong track record of building desks and relationship building.
We want someone who understands the market, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can build a desk from the ground up by opening new business and getting drivers out to work. This is a great opportunity for a sales driven consultant with the view to build a team under them once the desk is established.

What we’re looking for:
9. Proven experience as a 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant
10. Strong understanding of the local driving market
11. Someone with a strong understanding of figures
12. Ambition, passion and career focused
13. Strong understands of driver hours / laws
14. Existing client relationships and the ability to grow accounts
15. A proactive, self‑motivated approach to business development
16. Excellent communication and organisational skills
