The role As a Senior Associate, you will: Take ownership of complex private client matters, including wills, probate, trust management, and multi-generational estate structuring Provide strategic advice on tax-efficient planning Support clients through sensitive matters such as elderly care considerations, mental capacity issues, and Court of Protection work Oversee and mentor junior team members, promoting high standards and teamwork Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes to ensure best practice About you Beyond technical capability, our client is seeking an individual who leads by example, motivates others, and consistently delivers exceptional client service.
