About the Ro**
leAs the Aftercare Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Aster's strategic priorities for new build developments. You'll oversee technical design reviews, manage latent defects, and coordinate seamless handovers of new properties. Working closely with development and customer care teams, you'll help prevent defects, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance the long-term maintenance and investment of our housing portfoli

Key Responsibilit**
* iesLead the Technical and Latent Defects team within Property Investme
* nt.Review technical designs and specifications to identify and mitigate ris
* ks.Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC standards, and best practic
* es.Conduct site inspections and provide technical assessments and solutio
* ns.Support teams post-handover and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepar
* ed.Implement lessons learned to improve future project designs and process
* es.Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and warranty provide
* rs.Maintain detailed records and produce reports on trends and to ensure risk mitigation and data accura

What We're Looking**
ForEssent
