Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and trades
2. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
3. Monitor progress against programme schedules and report updates regularly
4. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
5. Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
7. Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
8. Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements
9. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
10. Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
11. Valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum)
12. SSSTS/SMSTS certification
13. First Aid Qualified
14. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
