Property Management Surveyor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
A highly successful independent property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Property Management Surveyor for their Bristol office. This recruitment follows the successful acquisition of a new Bristol-based client. We are seeking a property management surveyor with ideally at least 2-3 years of experience who will receive considerable support and autonomy to integrate into this growing firm.

Candidate Experience:
10. Lead property manager for a single client with a regional property portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties near Bristol, including household office, leisure, and retail occupiers.
11. Strong understanding of budget setting, cost control, and service charge recovery/administration
12. Knowledge of building construction, M&E installations, and contract management
13. Familiarity with lease renewals, rent reviews, and lettings/disposals/acquisitions
14. Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and best practices
15. Attention to detail with strong numerical and written abilities
16. Ability to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions and recommendations
17. Target-driven and able to work at pace
18. Ideally RICS qualified
19. Full UK driving licence
20. Knowledge of Property Management software
21. Proven commercial property management experience
The hiring manager is open to considering candidates from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor level and welcomes applicants who have the drive to succeed in a new role. The individual's character is of utmost importance.
