We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting B2B engagement brands to find proactive, commercially-aware Business Analysts (both mid and senior) to help shape products that genuinely move the needle.

What will you be doing?
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather operational and future-facing requirements, then prioritising them based on business goals.
* Leading sessions to define and refine requirements.
* Using team velocity to forecast business outcomes and shape actionable user stories.
* Taking full ownership of the product backlog from day one.
* Ensuring proposed solutions align closely with business objectives.
* Working with delivery teams to define and implement the product and its supporting processes in a timely, cost-effective way.
* Building a clear, end-to-end understanding of business processes to enhance the full client journey.
* Becoming a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders by fostering strong working relationships.
* Gaining a solid grasp of current platforms to help solve business challenges and drive improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.
What skills and experience do you need?
* Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
* Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working within cross-functional, agile teams.
* A continuous improvement (incremental) mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
* Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
* Experience managing projects and working with multiple priorities.
