SmartCo are supporting a large‑scale business separation with a 2 year TSA covering close to 1000 applications and platforms. We are looking for an experienced Demand Manager to bring structure, control and governance to a fast‑moving, complex environment.
Responsibilities
Build and run the TSA demand management process
Ensure all intake, changes and approvals follow the correct governance route
Coordinate change requests across legal, regulatory, SAP and other areas
Track vendor consents, renewals and contract milestones
Produce clear, accurate reporting for senior leaders
Qualifications
Strong PMO, governance or demand management background
Experience in TSA, separation or complex transformation programmes
Highly organised, detail‑focused and confident with senior stakeholders
Solid capability across M365, tracking and reporting
