Delivery within time and budget constraints.
Working closely with other technical teams to assist with workload as required.
Providing support and guidance to team members and developing systems/processes that maintain consistency.
Producing design drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Undertaking specific project work and managing workload and time effectively.
Communicating effectively and contributing proactively in meetings and discussions.
Leading innovation and developing best practices for new ways of working.
The Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about solving problems, creating accurate work, and taking pride in your output.
* A team player, keen to support others and drive continuous improvements.
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Qualifications: Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc) or equivalent, or HND with Eng Tech MICE and relevant experience.
* Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software (CADS A3D MAX, Tekla Tedds, Robot, SAP2000).
* Knowledge of Revit is desirable.
* Knowledge of Groundforce products or similar proprietary products is desirable.
* Member of ICE or working towards professional qualification is desirable.
