This role sits at the heart of how we design and deliver new cabins, trials, and developments, making sure every build reflects our brand, meets guest expectations, and works operationally. About the Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator Role: As Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator, you’ll champion the customer and brand voice throughout the delivery of build projects. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Guest Experience and alongside Marketing, Design, Build, and Procurement, you’ll translate customer insight and brand vision into practical, evidence-based design solutions. From supporting new cabin concepts and interior schemes to advising on wider site fixtures, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our spaces look, feel, and function—balancing creativity with cost, quality, and deliverability.
