Overview
Sales And Customer Service Advisor (Leicester) at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our high street branch in Leicester. You will be working on the reception desk, managing the diary for the Audiologist, making calls to customers and providing a warm welcome to anyone who comes into your shop.
Responsibilities
* Manage the diary to the highest standards, ensuring the perfect mix of sales and service appointments for both new and existing customers.
* Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance with minimal supervision.
* Personalise welcome calls for new and existing customers to maximise attendance and demonstrate the value of this towards driving revenue.
* Generate revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible, and promote up-sell/add-on products where there is a need/benefit.
* Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments and hearing solutions.
* Maintain the store’s look and feel in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards, including visual merchandising, promotional campaigns and general appearance/cleanliness.
* Manage stock levels in the shop to ensure the right amount of products are available.
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will demonstrate total customer devotion and be a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and the needs of the customer are met. You will also demonstrate:
* Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, with experience of internal databases or appointment booking systems preferred.
* Sales skills with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
* A pro-active mindset with flexibility, agility and a positive response to change.
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs and all Support Office departments; self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
* An understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.

What we offer
Hours: 22 per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, 10am – 4pm).
Salary: £14,300 p.a. + Variable commission scheme.
