In this role, you will support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, Autism, Parkinsons, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy and positive behaviour support. You will provide essential support to people we support during the day, fostering connections and sharing interests. Whether they love watching late-night movies in their home, the community or need assistance getting up early, your presence will be invaluable. You will build meaningful relationships and offer thoughtful, responsive care, empowering individuals to navigate life with confidence and independence.
